Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). All orders received before 12am will be despatched on the same day.
We can ship to any address in Europe. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to collect it.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier/service, dependent on the size and weight.
Returns Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. No products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after date of purchase.
When returning products, be sure to use UPS or another courier service that can provide you with a tracking number for your return. Polcrete Ltd will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit and/or do not have proper tracking information. You can return your parcel using any postal or shipping service. Please note- You'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.
All products must be returned unused in original packaging and in resalable condition. We will not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer on the original delivery and not claimed within 48 hours of receipt.

We will send you an email as soon as we have acknowledged your return, this is usually within 1 working day of receiving your return into our warehouse.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5-7 working days, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
